Plain English

What we hold, and who sees it

This is a volunteer-run site for one graduating class. It is not a business and it sells nothing. No advertising, no tracking, no analytics of any kind.

What is on this website

Names, and nothing else. The roster, the missing list and the In Memoriam page carry first names and surnames — the 1967 name, with a married name alongside where we have one. That is the whole of it.

There are no addresses, no towns, no phone numbers and no email addresses anywhere in these pages. This site is a folder of plain files with no sign-in, so anything printed on a page can be read by anyone in the world, indefinitely. Rather than build a login to hide things behind, we simply do not publish them.

What we hold away from the site

Whatever you send through a form goes to one email inbox and into a class list kept by whoever is organising the reunion: your name, contact details, and anything you chose to tell us. Most of it has been in that list since well before this site existed.

What this site deliberately does not do

  • No card details Nothing is charged here and no payment is accepted. If registration opens later it will go through a hosted checkout, and card numbers will never touch this site or be stored by anyone organising it.
  • No accounts There is no sign-in and no password, because there is nothing here to sign in to. Nothing to be leaked, and nothing for you to remember.
  • No tracking No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts beyond the web fonts. Nothing follows you off this site.

Taking yourself off it

Write to Reunion67@RRHS67.org and say so. Your name comes off the public roster on the next update of the site, and your record comes out of the class list. No questions and no argument — it is your name.

The same applies to a correction. If something here is wrong, we would much rather be told than leave it as it stands.

One honest caveat. Pages that have been public can live on in search engine caches and web archives after we change them. We can take a name off this site quickly; we cannot reach into someone else’s copy of it.
